Training (March 15-March 21)
This week is going to be interesting. I will officially be Aunt Denise to Bella Madison Gormley on Monday. I also begin my orientation for Target on Friday at 10AM. I’ll be handling one full time job, one part time job, one new baby, and training on top of it all. Wish me luck!
Sunday:
- Run – 40 minutes
Monday:
- Run – 20 minutes
- Bike – 35 minutes
Tuesday:
- Strength Training
- Swim – 30 minutes
Wednesday:
- Bike – 60 minutes
- Run – 40 minutes
Thursday:
- Strength Training
- Bike – 45 minutes
Friday:
- OFF
Saturday:
- Team Bike Ride – 9AM
- Lower Perkiomen Valley Park
