Off - wahoo!

Monday:

  • Strength Training
  • Swim30 minutes

Tuesday:

  • Bike40 minutes

Wednesday:

  • Strength Training
  • Run25 minutes

Thursday:

  • Bike40 minutes

Friday:

  • Strength Training
  • Run20 minutes

Saturday:

  • Team swim practice at St. Joe’s University – 9AM
  • Bike60 minutes
